Beluga whales are tertiary consumers, which means beluga whales can been eaten by polar bear.

Beluga whales are carnivores because they eat crabs, shrimp, octopus and the small organisms that live in the water. Their predators are polar bears and killer whales, the problem beluga whales might have with eating is they don't chew their food instead they swallow them as a whole. Beluga whale has strong haring ability so that they can easily spot the direction of preys. In the food chain phytoplankton is producer. Which are the food for the primary consumer called zooplankton, crabs are secondary consumer, which eat zooplankton. Beluga whale eat crabs it is tertiary consumer and bacteria is the decomposer. Beluga whale is important because it can help to control fish populations.
